The MY series argon purifier developed, researched and produced by Beijing Ying'an Meicheng Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. is designed to achieve high-purity argon (99.9999%) after ordinary argon purification. It is mainly used for direct reading spectrometer, ICP (plasma emission spectroscopy), mass spectrometer, chromatography (gas/liquid phase), melting furnace argon blowing system, silicon industry protection gas, high-purity blowing and other industries to provide high-purity argon transportation.

Instrument characteristics

1) Humanized design, small size, light weight, simple and smooth installation and operation; Energy conservation and environmental protection;

2) The purification purity is high, and the core components adopt high-tech synthetic reactors, designed with imported precious metal materials and nanoscale adsorption technology, replacing traditional tower structures, which is a revolution in argon purification methods;

3) The nitrogen removal effect is excellent, and the synthesis reactor adopts multi-stage purification treatment methods such as solid-state filtration, physical adsorption, and chemical catalytic reactions. The high-purity argon can reach 99.9999% (nitrogen content ≤ 0.2ppm);

4) The synthesis reactor can be regenerated repeatedly and operated with one click; During regeneration, high-purity argon gas is output normally without the need for hydrogenation or shutdown, ensuring safety and reliability;

5) Gas powder filters (filter powder diameter<6 μ) are installed at both the input and output ends of argon gas;

6) Adopting high-quality imported stainless steel pipelines and valve accessories to ensure high-quality argon output;

7) Various output connection adapters can be selected and used in conjunction with spectrometers from various domestic and foreign brands;

8) Low failure rate, all electrical components undergo long-term aging testing.
